We Serve You

If your product does not meet your expectations or is damaged in any way, whether it is a custom product or not, we ask that you reach out to us. We will respond and will do what we can to resolve the situation.

However, due to the nature of live edge furniture, each piece is unique and often cannot be made to exact specifications. We can not be held responsible if your piece does not perfectly match your expectations in size, shape, or color.

Shipping Policies

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.

Processing time on our orders is normally about 10 days but can be up to 30 days, especially if it is a custom product. Many of our products are made after we receive the order. When you place an order we will reach out to you and let you know what the expected processing time will be, and keep you updated as we move through the process.

We normally ship via FedEx or USPS. If you have a specific shipping request, let us know.

We will always make sure that you have a tracking number.

We normally request a signature on delivery to ensure that the right person receives the product.

We do not ship outside of the continental USA.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

We do accept returns on stock products if the product was defective. The customer is responsible to provide photos of the defective product and is responsible for return shipping. Once we have received the returned product we will refund your money within 10 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If a stock product was damaged in shipping we will exchange it. The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping. Processing an exchange can take up to 4 weeks depending on product availability.
